Project background

One set of HGM125 micro powder grinding mill will be sent to Guangxi Province of China.
This mill machine will be used to process 800-1250 mesh heavy calcium carbonate(ground calcium carbonat, GCC) with 10tph productivity.
 

About HGM125 micro powder grinding mill

HGM125 micro powder grinding mill also named 32 roller mill. It is named for its 32 roller inside it. 
Due to its multi-ring and multi-roller structure, it is very suitable for processing ultrafine powder, especially non-metallic mineral powder.
Among them, it performs particularly well in the processing of calcium carbonate. D97 can reach a maximum of 4 micron. The D50 can reach up to 2 micron.


 

Structure of HGM grinding mill

HGM grinding mill's main part is composed of main grinding unit, reducer, analyzer, fan, bypass powder collector, maintenance platform and electric control cabinet. The auxiliary part is composed of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, storage bin, etc.
 

Working principle of superfine grindingHGM grinding mill

The entire working process of the HGM mill is that the high-pressure blower continuously inhales the air in the mill, and then the airflow of the pulverized material is brought to the classifier, and the high-speed impeller of the classifier will filter the airflow:
The unqualified particle size will drop and return to the mill for regrinding, while the qualified particle size will enter the cyclone collector after being mixed with air.
