There is a commercialized saying “Golden September&Silver October”, that’s means that the autumn is a harvested season, and most of businesses will have a good sales in these two months. When it comes to these two months of the year, our grinding mill will have a better sales than the other months in the year. This morning, there are two sets powder making machines were sent to our customers, they are HGM Ultra Fine Mill and CLUM vertical roller mill.

 

 

HGM Ultra Fine Mill

 

 

Ultra fine mill can be used in 300 mesh to 2500 mesh ultra fine stone powder grinding, such as: calcium carbonate, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, calcite and other more than 150 kinds of stone materials powder making. HGM ultra fine mills is one of stone grinding mills which is especially good at superfine powder grinding, and there are many advantages for grinding materials by HGM ultra fine mills:

 

● Long life cycle of spare parts: The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finish special size, the life cycle of spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3 times longer than impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate.

 

● High safety and reliability: As no rolling bearings or screws in grinding cavity, there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components.

 

●Environment-friendly: The application of pulse bag filter and muffler greatly alleviates dust pollution and noise.

 

CLUM Vertical Roller Mill

 

 

There are three grades of vertical roller mill powder grinding:

 

1.Common Grinding: 300 mesh to 1250 mesh;

2.Grinding After Second Classification: 1250 mesh to 3000 mesh;

3.After Second Classification and Grinding in Wet Method: the minimum powder fineness can up to 10000 mesh.

Vertical roller mill is a common use stone powder grinding mills, can be used in more than 300 kinds of mineral grinding, not only can be used in common stone materials, it can also be used in hard raw materials powder making, such as: slag, cement, feldspar and so on. And use CLUM vertical roller mill to process mineral powder grinding also have these advantages as following:

 

●High grinding efficiency: save 20~30% power consumption compared with the ball mill.

 

●Strong drying capacity: dry and grind raw materials with moisture content as much as 15%.

 

● Mutifunction: crushing, drying, grinding, separating and conveying.

 

●Low noises and little dust: no direct contact between the grinding rollers and grinding disc, so metallic impact is avoided and its noises is 20~25 decibels lower. Totally closed negative pressure operation has employed by this vertical grinding mill, so there is little dust during the operation.

 

●Low wear rate and little metallic pollution: its metal wear is only 5~10g/t.
